Meet Bryar & John
Bryar Ward and John Downs started Cleanside Services because they saw a gap in the market — too many exterior cleaning companies that cut corners, gave vague quotes, and left customers guessing. They wanted to do it differently.
Both Bryar and John grew up in the Tahlequah area and take real pride in the communities they serve. When you call Cleanside, you're not getting a franchise or a call center — you're getting the guys who will actually show up at your door.
They started with a pressure washer, a truck, and a commitment to honest work. Today, Cleanside Services handles everything from window cleaning to full exterior washes for homes and businesses across Cherokee County and beyond.
